Privacy Policy

This is an internal field-service application for the employees of AL-Rahden Co.. It is provided and operated by North Via Tech on behalf of AL-Rahden Co.. AL-Rahden Co. is responsible for its employees’ data; North Via Tech operates and maintains the platform on its behalf. The app is used only by authorized staff to schedule and record preventive-maintenance visits, equipment checks, and service tickets.

Accounts are created and managed by AL-Rahden Co. administrators. There is no public sign-up — you cannot create an account yourself. If you need an account or a change to your access, contact your AL-Rahden Co. administrator.

We collect only what the service needs to work:

• Account information — your name, work email, assigned role, and branch, set up by your administrator.
• Authentication data — a securely hashed password and the session tokens that keep you signed in. On the mobile app your session token is held in the device’s encrypted secure storage (Keychain / Keystore).
• Notification token — if you enable notifications, a device push token so we can deliver work notifications (for example, a visit assigned to you). These are delivered through Apple, Google, and Expo’s push services.
• Work content you enter — visits, equipment records, service tickets, daily checks, notes, photos, and signatures you capture as part of your job.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service — such as the device platform used for notifications, and standard server logs kept for security and reliability.

We want to be clear about this. The app does not collect your device location or GPS, and it contains no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting tools. We do not sell or share your information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

Only to provide the service: to sign you in, show you your assigned work, let you record visits and checks, generate reports, deliver notifications, and keep the platform secure and reliable. We do not use your information for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to AL-Rahden Co.’s field-service operations.

Your information is stored on secure cloud servers (Amazon Web Services) operated byNorth Via Tech on AL-Rahden Co.’s behalf. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, data is encrypted in transit, and session tokens on the mobile app are held in the device’s encrypted secure store.

Your information stays within AL-Rahden Co. and is not shared with other companies, except the service providers needed to run the app: our cloud hosting provider (AWS) and the push-notification services (Apple, Google, Expo) that deliver notifications. These providers process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your data.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and the service is in use. When an account is closed, or on a valid request, we delete or anonymize the associated personal data — except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal, security, or accounting obligations.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because accounts are managed by AL-Rahden Co., please direct these requests to your AL-Rahden Co. administrator, who can action them — or contact us at the address below and we will assist.

This is a workplace application for authorized employees and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, role-based access, and encrypted storage of session tokens on mobile devices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated throughAL-Rahden Co..
